ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL SYSTEMS ASSESSMENT – ADDENDUM The objective of this addendum to the parent Program ESSA is to re-examine the extent to which the government’s existing environmental and social management systems operate within an adequate legal and regulatory framework to guide E&S impact assessments, mitigation, management, and monitoring of the PforR Program following the AF to the parent Program. If there are E&S issues based on the added Program activities that the government systems cannot deal with, the addendum ESSA will recommend additional measures to be integrated into the Program E&S PAP.
