Terms Of Reference - Independent Verification Agents

The World Bank is supporting the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Nigeria C OVID 19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus ( NG CARES)
Program for Result PforR operation. The operation is a new state-level PforR defined around a National Program of Expenditures to support the mitigation and economic recovery efforts of States over a period of 18 months to 24 months. The overall objective of the proposed project is to protect the livelihoods food security of poor and vulnerable families and facilitate recovery of economic activities in all participating States in Nigeria. The proposed intervention is dedicated to State Governments’ budget program of expenditures in intervention targeting existing and newly identified vulnerable/poor households, their food supply chain and micro and small enterprise affected by the COVID 19 Pandemic
